- Yes. Work outside the stated scope is priced as a change order before it starts.
- What is not included?
- Each package lists its out of scope items. Travel for on site audits is billed at cost.
- How fast do you respond?
- Within 2 business days. There is no 24/7 support.
- How many clients do you take?
- Capacity is limited so every client gets the principal. At any one time: up to 2 Standard retainers, or 1 Embedded plus 1 Essentials retainer; 1 fixed price project, with audits in parallel; and up to 2 audits per month, remote preferred. Responses within 2 business days.
